By accessing and using PrimeKlik services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

PrimeKlik provides subscription services for accessing various premium platforms via a Chrome extension with the following features:

• Auto-login to 15+ premium services
• Access to Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and other premium services
• Easy-to-use Chrome extension
• 24/7 technical support

This service is available in subscription packages: 7 days (IDR 14,000), 30 days (IDR 25,000), and 3 months (IDR 65,000).

To use the services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

a. Payment

Payments are processed through the Tripay payment gateway with the following methods:

• E-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, LinkAja, etc.)
• Offline stores (Alfamart, Indomaret)
• QRIS

b. Subscription Period

The active subscription period begins after the payment is successfully confirmed and ends according to the selected package. There is no auto-renewal.

c. Refund

Payments that have been successfully made cannot be cancelled or refunded (non-refundable), except if:

• A technical error occurs on the part of PrimeKlik
• The service is inaccessible for more than 48 hours
• Fraud or a payment system error is proven

By installing the PrimeKlik Chrome extension, you agree that:

• The extension is only used to access premium services you subscribe to
• The extension must not be modified, reverse engineered, or redistributed
• You will not use the extension for illegal purposes or to violate the ToS of the premium platforms
• We may update the extension for bug fixes or new features

You are prohibited from:

• Sharing your account or extension with others
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the PrimeKlik system
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Abusing premium services for illegal activities
• Reverse engineering the extension
• Distributing or reselling access to the services

All content, features, and functionalities of PrimeKlik services are protected by:

• Copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights
• Indonesian law and international treaties
• The PrimeKlik logo, name, and branding are our property

You have no right to use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You use the service for illegal purposes
• We suspect fraud or abuse
• You do not pay subscription fees
• Required for system maintenance or upgrades

Suspension or termination may be done without prior notice in case of serious violations.

We are committed to providing services with 99.9% uptime, but:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• Third-party premium platforms may change or become unavailable
• We are not responsible for policy changes of the premium platforms

PrimeKlik is not responsible for:

• Losses due to use or inability to use the service
• Changes or termination of third-party premium services
• Data loss or damage to your device
• Actions or content from the premium platforms you access
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last subscription.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimeKlik from any claims, losses, or costs arising from:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Violation of third-party rights
• Unlawful use of the service
• Your content or activity on the premium platforms
